Ashley Jones

Ashley Aubra Jones. Born on September 3, 1976. Ashley Aubra Jones has been an American actress for over 20 years. Her most well-known roles include soap opera roles as Megan Dennison (The Young and the Restless) as well as Bridget Forrester (The Bold and the Beautiful). On the HBO series True Blood, she played the role of Daphne. Ashley Jones earned a Bachelor of Human Learning, K-8 in 1997 from the University of Tennessee at Martin. She began her teaching career at Maury County teaching Reading to Kindergarten students and in 1st Grade. She married Brent Jones, her UT Martin affectionate husband, and moved in Thompsons Station in 1998. Bethesda Elementary is where she started teaching 4th grade. Between 1999 and 2000, Ashley taught after she received her Master of Education from Trevecca Nazarene University. However the school welcomed Baylor. Ashley's focus over the last 15 years has been on encouraging children to grow within her church as well as the surrounding community. Additionally, she has served in various capacities. Ashley was teacher and director at Thompson Station's Preschool and Student Ministry for the past 13 years. Ashley spent three years at home homeschooling her kids. In their time of homeschooling, they attended a family school class where Ashley also taught History to Kindergarten and 1st Grade. God was clearly showing Ashley and her family the necessity of going back to schools. Although Ashley loved being a homeschooler, she also enjoyed spending time with her children. Brent and Ashley, who have five daughters. Silas Eliza Cruz and Cruz All are GCA students. Baylor is an GCA student who plays baseball and attends U.T. Martin. Callan is another GCA graduate, is enrolled at Western Kentucky University. The family is extremely energetic and loves fishing, hunting and supporting each other in sports.
