Antonia Fotaras
Allyson Felix, born on November 18, 1985, is an American track and field athlete that represents the U.S. in dozens of athletic events, including the Olympics, World Championships, World Indoor Championships, and the Diamond League. She has been awarded 21 gold and silver medals. In addition, she has three bronze. Felix started sprinting during her ninth-grade year. Since her recent appearance she has become an outspoken advocate for a variety of issues. She's also one many of the best-known women in athletics. Allyson Michelle Felix was born Los Angeles on November 18, 1985. Her father, Paul Felix, was ordained as a pastor at the Master's Seminary in Sun Valley, and her mother, Marlean Felix, was a school teacher for Balboa Magnet Elementary School. Felix was a natural at sport early in her life, and was able to discover her speedy abilities while she attended the Los Angeles Baptist High School. Within a short time after her first race, she came in second place at the U.S. Indoor Track and Field Championships for the 200 meter.
